Crémant de Bourgogne
Cuvée "Chloé" Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée
Wine character
Crémant de Bourgogne is a festive wine, full of youth and audacity. It is normally very light gold in colour. The bubbles are small and leave a delicate pearl necklace on the glass. Blanc de blancs smells of white flowers, citrus fruits or green apple. With time, the aroma evolves to offer smells of stone fruits like apricots and peaches, and toasted bread.
