COLLECTION PREMIERS CRUS
NUITS-SAINT-GEORGES
Premier Cru "Aux Boudots"
Les Boudots wines are taut and lively, with aromas of remarkable finesse. The wine’s fragrant bouquet, soft and expressive, calls to mind blackcurrant and wild bramble, lending it a distinctive profile.
Less about sheer body, this wine shines through subtlety. There’s a whisper of Vosne in its elegance—a reminder that the border between power and finesse can sometimes be blurred.

A PERSONAL REFLECTION
Terroir, ORIGIN,
and identity
There are two distinct production zones in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Our parcel, “Les Boudots”, lies on the Vosne-facing slope at the northern limit of the appellation, mid-slope. It borders Aux Malconsorts to the north and Les Damodes to the west.
Bajocian limestone surfaces at the foot of the slope, interspersed with broad flat stones. The soil is brown and gravelly, with a fine texture of clay and silt. The vineyard sits at 250–340 meters in elevation, on a steep incline (up to 20%) shaped like an amphitheater and oriented east to southeast.
